How long have you worked at Soep? 18 years

What do you feel is unique about working at Soep? Soep has some of the most talented people in the industry. We're a third generation company that has been successful all these years for a reason. From the owners, project managers, field supervisors, foreman and tradesmen, the leadership and talent is unsurpassed. It is like being part of a family.

What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep? I’ve been involved with so many hotels and large projects over the years. The Four Seasons Hotel and the Millennium Towers were probably my top two favorites. But I am currently involved with some projects that may end up being the most memorable ever.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? Being a wallcovering foreman is critical, especially at this time. We have so many large projects running currently and coming up in the near future. Wallcoverers are in high demand and it is part of my job to find the right people to train for the future of this company. It's those people that ill continue to make us successful.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? A happy customer! I love a challenge and taking on a difficult install like a fabric, grass cloth, wood wallcovering or a mural. There’s nothing thing more satisfying than completing a difficult task on time and being complimented for it.

Which of Soep’s Core Values do you feel is the most critical to the company’s success? Since I won the "Most Positive" award last year, I have to go with that. Maintaining a positive attitude on the job goes a long way in helping us get done on time, and under budget. You also have to be a problem solver. Trying to figure out the most efficient way to work so there is no down time..

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me… coaching my two boys at hockey, on the golf course, or in New Hampshire.
