Meet Our Team! Mike Adduci: Foreman
How long have you worked at Soep? I've worked at Soep for 16 awesome years.
What do you feel is unique about working at Soep? I feel the most unique thing about working at Soep is the variety of services we provide to our clients. We paint everything from skyscrapers to water treatment plants. We then do sandblasting, epoxy/polishing floors, spray foam insulation and even more. I don't think there is anything that our company can't do.
What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep? My most memorable project at Soep was the water tower on School Street in Pembroke, MA.
How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? I feel my role at Soep is critical in two ways. First is that when given a job, I have to be strategic and manage it in the most efficient way possible, while at the same time adapting to and overcoming obstacles that arrive. Secondly, I feel that mentoring and setting the younger generation of guys on a successful path is extremely important.
What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? The most satisfying aspect of my job is the finished product. It's a great feeling to look at a completed project and know that I was a part of it.
Which of Soep’s Core Values do you feel is the most critical to the company’s success?
I have to go with Highly Trained/Highly Skilled. If you don't have trained personnel then you can't provide a quality product, which is what we pride ourselves on.
Finish the sentence. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me… Swimming, fishing, on my motorcycle, but mostly, enjoying cold beverages and amazing food with family and friends.
