How long have you worked at Soep? Nearly 13 years. Started with Soep on July 5th, 2005

What do you feel is unique about working at Soep? No one here is limited to doing only one task, or type of work. Your next job might be pretty different from the one you just finished up on.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? In my role and with my skill set, I'm able to work on a wide range of projects. I love the task on taking on a cross-section of work and figuring out how to tackle the most challenging jobs.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? I really love the trust the company has in me. It always sounds nice to hear, "I need Josh on that job."

Which of Soep’s Core Values do you feel is the most critical to the company’s success? All of them are critical to our success!
