How long have you worked at Soep? I have worked at SOEP for 2 1/2 years.

What do you feel is unique about working at Soep? One thing unique about working for SOEP is the diversity of the projects we're involved in. From line striping to wall coverings, and everything in between, we really do it all.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? The way my role is critical to SOEPʼs vision is being able to deliver every time we're called. I want to continue to leave our customers feeling like SOEP is the only company they want to work with because of our quality and reliability.

What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep? Brandeis University, my most current project, has definitely been the most memorable for me. We're building a new dormitory and itʼs my first time leading on a project of this size. Itʼs been a valuable learning experience thus far.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? The most satisfying aspect of my job is the finished product. Executing a set of plans into a finished product makes me very proud of what I do.

Which of Soep’s Core Values do you feel is the most critical to the company’s success? I believe our most important Core Value to be Reliability. Performing above expectations in a constantly changing industry is crucial to our companyʼs growth and future.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me… Spending time outdoors with my wife and son.
