How long have you worked for Soep painting? I have been working at Soep painting for 17 years.

What do you feel is unique about working for Soep? Although I haven't had much experience with other companies, I feel our talent level cannot be matched. We are never complacent and are always looking to grow.

What is the most memorable project you've been involved with? One of the many memorable projects I was involved with was Gillette Stadium. The crew size and even the size of the job in general was something to admire. Another one was Newburyport Elementary School. It was by far the best looking school I have ever seen, or ever will step foot in.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? My role and everyone else's role should be the same. To be productive, teach, and be a leader to the younger and inexperienced guys. We're only as strong as your weakest link.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? It's all about the finish for me, walking away knowing that the product we put out is top notch and that the customer is happy.

Which of Soep's core values do you feel is most critical to the company' success? I think that "Diligence" is the Core Value that makes us so successful year after year. Being consistently focused, highly productive, and efficient are just some of the qualities that set us apart from others.

Finish this sentence. When I'm not at work you can find me... There was a time where the answer to this question was playing sports or having a good time with friends. However, for some time now it's been all about my family. We love walking together or even lounging on the couch.
