How long have you worked for Soep painting?

I’ve worked at Soep Painting for about 7 years.

What do you feel is unique about working for Soep? Soep is a unique company because we get our hands involved in so many different aspects of painting and coating. From sprayfoam insulation to commercial painting to dye stain designs in concrete floors, we can do just about anything.

What is the most memorable project you've been involved with? My most memorable project was New Balance headquarters where we did some amazing flooring work. We started by grinding, polishing and finishing all the raw concrete floors. From there we made large bulls-eye curve and arrow stencils that went throughout the building and then all lined up from an overhead view. The stenciled areas were then stained yellow and the whole piece looked like the bottom of the shoe from an overhead view.

How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? My role is to provide the concrete floor division with A+ polishing and stain design work that is artistic and pleases the customer.

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job? The most satisfying aspect of my job is to take a rough concrete slab floor and transform it into a glass-like piece of art.

Which of Soep's core values do you feel is most critical to the company' success? Teamwork is the Core Value that is most critical to the company's success. On all of our jobs it's vitally important to function as a whole to get the job completed to perfection.
