How long have you worked at Soep? I have been at Soep for almost two years
What do you feel is unique about working at Soep?
The unique thing about working at Soep is the recognition we receive. When a job well done is recognized it makes us feel appreciated, valued, and motivated to maintain or improve upon the good work .
What is the most memorable project you’ve been involved with at Soep? My first job that I ran successfully at Northeastern University. I really felt that I was part of the Soep Team after completing that first big project.
How is your role critical to the strategic vision and success of Soep? My role is critical because I‘m a "Finisher" who sees that projects are completed thoroughly. I ensure that there have been no errors or omissions and I always pay attention to the smallest of details. I’m very concerned with deadlines and I will push the team to make sure the job is completed on time.
What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
The most satisfied aspect of my job is the challenge to start a job with different personalities and make them working towards the same goal and outcomes . Make everyone understand that collaboration in the workplace is what makes teamwork successful. The strength of a team comes from supporting each other. I feel very satisfied to make the team understand how important is to work together on creating solutions, sharing skills to get the job well done .

Which of Soep’s Core values do you feel is the most critical to the company‘s success?
In my opinion it is Diligence. Diligence keep us focused on working for the best quality and satisfaction for our customers . Working diligently means doing it thoroughly, to meet or exceed the expectations.
What has it been like returning to work with new safety protocols?
Health and safety is now more important than ever. We’re working together to keep the workplace and the team healthy and safe following the new protocols: pre-screening, regular monitoring, wearing mask and gloves, practicing social distancing, disinfecting work spaces, washing hands regularly. We’re doing everything together to improve workplace safety.
